Wish I could have gotten that close. Unfortunately it was not an option in this situation. We were seperated by water and silly me forgot to bring a boat. Maybe next time. Also, the 80-400 can't go all the way to 400 without getting soft nor does it take a TC very well. in essence, it's a 350mm. And besides, I think we've all been guilty of a little overcropping now and again haven't we. Posted in good humor mind you, I just couldn't resist.
