Looks like you've got the timing and exposure down, and the flash duration is short enough to freeze motion. So now it's time to do what Brian said, and maybe use different liquids (milk, mineral oil, etc.). Lots of fun things to experiment with -just be careful with the splashes. The last time I did water drop shots I turned a table cloth into a modern art disaster
