These darkish lines appeared in the image when shooting vertically recently, it happened on around 10 shots throughout the day, but now its not happening, looks like shutter blades to me, whatda you all think, shutter ready to die?

It looks like shutter failure. If you go back through the shots that show the lines, you will likely find(like the one posted here) that your shutter speeds are really fast. The one posted is at 1/8000. Right now if you are shooting slower speeds and its in the early stages it won't show. Find a very bright area and shoot AV mode wide open and see if you can get the SS above 1/2500 and see if the line appears. Also if it is going, have it replaced before it fails so to limit the damage and expense.

between 100 and 200,000...

I'd say your shutter should last another 25 to 100,000 clicks.
