Hi, Graham, good action here again with nice colour, considering shooting in our crap
weather,i'm going out this afternoon to shoot a ladies game, and at the momenent it's
raining quite heavily (oh well).also noticed niether of us got any c&c from last weeks posts, guess we'll have to move to the U.S.
Cheers Graham
Thanks for the comments Graham!, I have got used to the no comments from the US users (it is, after all a USA forum)!!, however, they will just have to put up with my Inferior pics from the UK for now!! . Kind regards Graham
Hi Dann, thank you for looking in fella . I'm shooting American footy in a couple of weeks & looking at your last few post any advice would be most welcome!!, ie trawl the sideline or settle in the end zone? the quality of play is about US Collage standards at a guess with more short play as opposed to long throws by the quarterback! etc. Thanks in advance.(ps this is open to all you footy shooters?). Kind regards Graham

i could never be mad at you haha
what gear are you using?
I say do both - try a quarter of staying 15 yards in front of the play and then try a quarter of shooting from the endzone
also something i have been doing lately is setting up 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage and shooting the action that happens between the quarterback and running back
lol, I hear you with the wionky pitch, look at my 2nd to last cricket set, wonky stumps and wonky pitch. I need to attach my spirit level to my hotshoe I think.
Hi Dann thanks for the advice , I'll be using a couple of D2hs, one with a 300 2.8, I have a 1.4 converter as well but I think at this time of year here in the UK I'll stuggle with the light to be honest (my cameras aren't renoun for the great noise at higher ISOs) . On the second body I guess I have a choice, either a 70-200 2.8 zoom or a 24-70 2.8 zoom??. As for line of scrimmage do you mean this? (appologies for the poor pic) I shot a game last year & really struggled to know where the ball was going?? . Kind regards Graham
Hello Doug, thanks for your input . The avitar is nothing special I'm affraid rather one from the forums collection ready for use!. Kinda cool being blue though . Kind regards Graham.
