great composition on last frame

very nice
#2 looks quite dark and focus is slightly "back" on first frame

Love the composition of the third frame

In the first frame you're getting robbed by an out of focus foreground that's distracting, and I agree with Phil on the second.

Thanks for looking and critiquing, Phil, Dtech, Jim, Kenny.

I did darken the background in #2 to try to make the caterpillar pop.Too much maybe? #1 does have a very shallow DOF but I thought I got the eye in focus. Maybe a different crop to get rid of some of the fore ground?
