For sale I have a Contax Planar T* 100/2 in absolutely MINT condition. The lens is simply in beautiful shape. I can't find a single mark on the front glass, rear glass, or barrel. There is a small bit of dust inside...It's typical of every lens I've ever seen. The lens is very sharp at f/2, and stopped down to f/2.8 or better it is simply amazing. The rear fin has been ground slightly to fit my 5D. It is the Japan made MM version.
I had the 135L, and recently added the Contax in order to compare the two and keep one. IQ is amazing from both lenses, but knowing that the lens I decided to keep will be the longest in my kit, I am going with the 135L for the added reach.

I just bought Paul Yi's copy of this lens a couple of weeks ago and I can assure anybody on here that it's as good as advertised. This is a good price for one in this condition. It's better than my 85L and that's saying something.
I'm kind of torn still.... I'll use both it and the 135L over the weekend, since I'll be doing a long weekend for a family wedding in VA. Should get to really compare the two. I have seriously been thinking about pulling this f/s thread.
It's not a C/Y Makro Plannar 2.8 ... this one is even better! I have Makro Plannar but f/2.0 on this doll is just simply stunning! Sorry for hijacking this post.
Paul, I love it and I'm not giving it back! Just as a counter, I'll say that I also have a 135L and I like this lens better. It's not my longest lens though. I've got a 200L and since I have to make a choice, the 135L is going to go.
