p.1 #1 · New Business Card

Looking for feedback before this goes to print. I want to portray beauty in a simplistic way. Have I done it? Do you like the back in color or gray better? Looking forward to hearing from you

My vote goes for the back in color.

You have done it well and although I prefer the color, there is no reason you cannot print 500 of each.

North Idaho is like paradise but it's being invaded by California haha. Nope it's not just all rednecks and hillbillies .

The reason to only run 100 is mainly money but secondly I know I'll get sick of that photo after a while.

Will the actual cards will be smaller than the images you've posted here? I ask because while I prefer the colour version, it might be worth checking how easily readable the back - especially the lower portion - would be at a smaller size because the contrast between the bg colour and the text isn't that great.

Alternatively, maybe convert the pic to B&W and go with the B&W back? Although that would be a shame because the overall palette is wonderful

Nice card, very nice!

No doubt they both work however I lean toward the color back. It is a nice simple design that does exactly what a card is supposed to do.

Do you plan to have the white borders around the edge? Unfortunately, most printers aren't going to cut them so that those are properly centered. More than likely you'll have the border completely cut off on one side and pushed into the card on the other side. Similarly, I try to keep text away from getting too close to the edges as it might look un-centered when this happens.

Otherwise, it's a great clean design. I like both backs, but would probably go with the color one because it ties in better with the front.

Nice job.
