p.1 #1 · Spider above the flowers

Took this this morning. I was out taking some shots of coneflowers, and saw this tiny spider had spun a web between two bushes. I aligned myself on the other side, and positioned the angle such that the coneflower was directly behind to serve as a background. Given that the flowers were 2-3 feet behind the spider, and there weren't many of them, this proved to be much more difficult than I anticipated. Still...I got the shot.

Taken with the Sigma 150 f/2.8 on my 1Ds II at 1:1.

Love the bokeh on the Siggy 150 ... those tiny spiders are always hard to get. Good job.
