A very rare bark fly - not documented since 1867 - found on a house in the Cotswolds and sent to me to photograph

Darter dragonfly on bottlebrush seed pods

Tiny insect nymph ID'd as a waxy lacewing nymph Coniopterygidae about 1.5 mm long with a spider mite passenger

End of a mate - female web spider eats the male.
