just wanted to share now canon SX200 IS new firmware has capability of shooting in raw.....here what canon says

Canon Powershot SX200 IS has updated its firmware so that we can take pictures in RAW and JPG simultaneously. Thus, it is about, if only a little to the semi-professional level.
