brownejb94 Online Upload & Sell: Off p.1 #1 · Montana Great Horned Owls I'm not a bird expert; in fact, these are the first bird images I've taken. These two chicks and mother were in a park right across the street from my house. I took about 25-30 images before it got too dark outside. The sun had already set and these were with what ambient light was left. The chicks remained huddled down like this the whole time. These were the clearest shots of their faces I could get. The image of the adult was taken into the remaining sunset and I wanted as much detail on the owl as possible, therefore the overexposed sky. In hindsight, I guess I could have done HDR. I wouldn't worry about the sky on #1, a little more exposure would have even worked better but I agree #3 is a cute shot Hope you give a few more bird images some thought, you may have fun with it!
