Looks soft enough to fall into! I could sleep on a bed of these, the way you have presented it.
Beautiful front light, and the way it falls off gently is outstanding. Same with the details. Another bravo to you, Endre!

Beautiful. Nice control of highlights/shadow details. Very rich and deep, without the over-done softness that ruins a lot of flower shots for me. Just right and well done!

). I'm so glad you like this and i really appreciate your kind words. I've been going out to the flower store to get my subjects lately but this one was growing out in front of our house. These kind of fluffy flowers really seem to lend themselves to a B & W conversion.

Thanks Geoff. I appreciate your kind comment. I also hate soft photos of almost anything. If we see things softly then we usually get our eyes checked and maybe get glasses.

I'm not sure why a photo should be that much different.

Thank you, Matty. Glad you like them. I light these with a big doorway that opens onto a shaded back yard. I could light it with a big softbox but i just find natural light always to be more pleasing.

Your not missing anything, it was my poor eye sight, I looked again and now realize it is the stamen center part of the flower, last night it looked from where I was viewing it like a little tuft of babys breath had been put in the blossom, so much for old age, first thing that goes is the eye sight. I should have known better, your images are so outstanding there is never a hint of any thing off on anyone I have seen to date.
