What was the training session? Who was training whom??

To be honest these look terribly clichéd. What advice are you after? Lighting? Posing? Styling?

Go buy a copy of Vogue or Cosmo, even Horse and Hound has more up to date fashion shots.

That was a little harsh. But I guess what goes around comes around. I like the pose and exposure in 1, just wish she had a better facial expression.

I guess #1 shows decent control of lighting, but damn that's a lot of work for such a boring shot.

Also, what's with posing the funky gypsy-type jewelry next to a chair that looks like it came from my grandma's kitchen?? Just weird.

You guys are funny....don't sugarcoat it...but you know Pfiltz you can dish it out pretty good sometimes to.
For me, I think the shots are ok and very pretty girls, not feeling the hat in two though.
I prefer more contrast in the lighting with a little more shadow for adding depth to the features.

#1 and 2 are no-shows on my screen. #3 is nice.

*Edit - now I see the first two. I quite like #2, but maybe that is just because I am not sophisticated enough to see how cliche it is. #1 is very well lit, so it seems to me mission accomplished.

Nice framing of the face with the hat and hair in #2.

Still, it seems a little incomplete when you cut at the elbow, don't show the bottom of the blouse and show a tiny slice of the belt. A portrait crop comes to mind - show less of the wall, more of the top of the hat.

Good pose and comp in #3.

Bring it on kids... Remember. I've seen your 'work'

No worries here... You really don't think your "observations" hold any water with me do you? Cute stuff... Keep it coming...

Bare strobe.

I really don't expect too much in the way of un-bias comments anyway... I'm the old grumpy man with pee in the cornflakes...

All is good. Bizy as CHIT right now.

Peace on...

I love the second photo. but I would crop off the part below her blouse (I think it is a top of a belt or skirt).

Think that covers image #1.

Image #2 is a nice face shot but maybe some more dramatic lighting or something? I could see this one being the strongest.

Image #3 looks like a cliche senior portrait

Gorgeous girl. She could use some more dynamic fashion and some crazy lighting/posing. Really spice her up. Feel these bore me and don't go out of the box for something as diverse and fast-pace as fashion.

Why bother posting at all if you don't give a shit what anyone thinks, and have no intention of considering any of our "observations?"

BTW, the last shot you posted is lots better than the others....way more interesting.
