I know this is a long shot but figured I would try.
Im looking for a 24-70L and will be able to paypal on friday. I only have $650 in my paypal account right now and get paid thursday night. I was looking for someone who, I guess, is not in a big hurry to sell or someone who would be willing to take the $650 now to hold the lens for me till friday. Ofcourse you ship once full payment is recieved.
