Empire Offline Upload & Sell: Off p.1 #1 · Is cogitech's forum still alive? Last two days it hasn't worked for me, i get an address not found message... Anybody else noticed this? one thought I had is for some obscure reason it may have been added to Australia's (trial -so far) internet filter blacklist. My proposal was meant to be along the lines of finding out what the deal was and possibly having somebody else take over the forum.. I can certainly understand his position.
