I got my 1D3 back from Canon earlier this week. It was seven days door to door from N. Cal to Irvine & Back.
I have a higher keeper rate than before. Here is a series I shot from the dugout on the first base line. There was six or seven images in this series, here are three. I shot lacrosse today, the Camera worked much better than before. I shot players running at every angle. I shot one 11 frame series, no dropped shots.
Glad to hear the fix seems to be a significant improvement for pretty much everyone I've spoken with. Time to send mine in before the wedding season goes underway!
