I am not as satisfied with these as i was with the others, but i will still post them up. They are heavily cropped, because i saw the birds, ran up stairs, grabbed my camera, and started snapping.

Not all that bad for a rush job

I would suggest not cropping so tight, especially on the 1st few. I little more space in the direction they are looking would make them a bit more presentable.

After i uploaded them i realized that the crops were a little to tight, and i went to re edit them in lightroom and apparently lightroom deleted all of today's photos because i reformatted the cf card they were on after importing all of the photos.

These are OK Jon and with time you will do better. Copy your originals to a folder on you hard drive that you don't touch. That way you can go back and used improved skills or reprocess later.

I'll second Mr. Z's comments. Try and give the birds a little space off to one side. The details look good on all of them.
