It's rare, but two separate occasions I've turned "..can't spend more then $1500" into legit double up+ bookings with selling services. If they can't understand why something costs XXX dollars, then I let them know and sometimes it's worth it to them after the see why they need weeks of editing, or the experience, etc etc.
DH and I have gone as far as creating "signatures" to attach to emails and then fill in the blanks. Don't have them on this computer, but I know that one is a "we would love to be part of your day but we have already booked that date" signature. Saves time typing and you can still fill in blanks to personalize.
