From what I understand (from my friend that works at Yelp) he said peoples ratings drop off if they dont keep rating other things. For example, i signed up and left a review for a friend that owns a couple resturants but thats literally all I have ever done on there and after a few weeks or a month, my review dropped off. I guess it is supposed to keep people from doing what I did.
