So, I'm jonesing for a FF camera again. I love my 1D3 and I really don't want to part with it but I can't afford to add a 1Ds3 outright (unless you want to sell me one real cheap ) to my kit (its 1-series or bust for me )
If anyone has got a 1Ds3 they want to trade for a 1D3, let me know. Of course I'll add cash on my part. Had mine for 16 months. Serial number is 526xxx, bought from this forum. Never experience any issues with the camera, AF or otherwise (I've done a lot of birds with this camera). Sent it in for the AF fix anyway last January so it has the extended warranty for a few more days. I'd say the body has around 20,000 actuations. Comes with everything a new one comes with, unused cables, software, manuals, box, etc. I'll pay up to $2300 on top of my 1D3 for a 1Ds3 in similar condition.
