I saw these on the People Forum, and must say that I like the b/w versions here better. They carry more impact.

Really like #2, but it looks like there is something weird due to the processing, on his hand.

Number one is good, but I love #2. I wonder if a very slight amount more of contrast might help accentuate the light on his face.

Hi J.R. - it might be good to increase the contrast as you suggest ... My original image was in colour (please check FM People forum) and this showed really well, it got lost a bit in the conversion.
Thank you for noting it.

I'm the odd one out! I love the first one. The man's age, the way he is resting his chin on a rail, the forlorn expression in his eye...very intriguing to me. It makes me want to reach out to him, ask him if he's ok.

I think the crop is great, as it lets my eye wander to the right searching to see what he's gazing at.

Hmm, nothing weird, this is just blurred part of image - you should probably look at the colour version of the same shot at the People forum

Couldn't agree with you more - Havana *is* a great place

Thank you, Bella. You're not alone, I like this image for the same reasons
It really made me think the same when I saw this guy relax in-between his musical performance in this bar in Havana ...
