I like them.

#2 could do with a little PP to iron out the skin imperfections that were taken care of by the lighting in #1. Nothing heavy handed, just a little brush up.

I prefer the first shot. More light in the eyes. (Note #2 has the eyes partially in shadow). Skin tones more pleasing in #1 also.
