p.1 #1 · HELP: Can't trigger 580II with Cybersync

Got both receivers hooked up to 580II with PC cords and at same frequency but it wouldn't trigger. Please let me know if I need to provide more info as I'm totally new to this. Thanks

Should work fine.

Just a thought is to make sure your flash is not in master/slave mode.

If you press the test button on the receiver, does the flash work?
The light on the receiever will blink often when it is powered up.
