I worked on this shot a bit based on some feedback in the Wedding forum. Let me know what you think of it - how can it be further improved?

Hi Rich,

I'm afraid I cannot suggest how to improve, framing, pose etc. all look great.

For my taste, the brow, bridge of her nose, and whites of her eyes looked overworked, an airbrush look, but perhaps that is what you were after - is this what is called a painterly effect? Kaden would know, maybe he can educate me. Simply not my cup of tea...

I'm not a wedding photographer, but I think you broke two basic rules here:

1: Keep the background far away, so you can blur it.

2: Don't use a background with the same colors as your subject. You seem to have found a background with EXACTLY the same two main colors.

I do like the lighting and the pose.

I try my best... Thanks for the input. Your right about the background - should've been further away. As far as the color goes - I went with what I had there but again, I agree with you.
