Did this as a challenge on another forum, but since the reference image is from Stock Exchange, thought I would share it here too. Way too involved to explain the convolution, but it was fun. Will say that I used both by crutch (GIMP) and CS2 (like Panos Rain action) blend for the result.

Thanks Alan; a few minutes after posting, I was thinking the same thing. Not going to redo this one though (took over 20 minutes to do; lol).

Didn't want to start another thread; just did this one as a response to a challenge from RetouchPRO's website like the one I did earlier. Since the photo came from Stock Exchange, thought I would share this result too.
