Martin Good Offline Dedicated FM Upload & Sell: On p.1 #1 · Sunlit Pheasant Driving home from shooting the Blue Tits yesterday I spotted this Pheasant in a field with the sun lighting up the winter countryside. So I pulled over the car onto the side of the road and took the first image with the end of the lens resting on the open car window.This may have stopped any end lens movement. I took the rest with the lens resting on a pod (bean bag) on the roof of the car. There were lots of hunters out nearby so I hope he made it through the day as its open season on the males these days. And I hope this gets me some redemption from yesterdays shots Thanks for looking. C&C welcome and thanks again for all the tips from yesterdays post. They are beautiful birds that prefer to run and hide than fly from threat. You got some great colorful shots, that was a nice treat. Tim Hi Tim, This one was fairly quiet, but he was also just beside the edge of the woods and in great camoflage so I suspect if he saw any movement he would have been gone like a flash.
