Yes the shoreline is crazy uneven. I guess it would make more sense to correct it in photoshop. lol didnt pay that black "thing" much attention before but its part of a tree coming up out of the water. Nov 27, 2008 at 02:39 PM

Also, a little fill flash might have helped as the bg is brighter than the subject. Flash would help bring out the gulls colors - they look a little gray now. Ron Nov 27, 2008 at 03:21 PM
