Do I send them the password to the client log in? Do i meet w/ them and show them proofs? If I do show them proofs, can you guys recommend somewhere that makes pretty nifty proof books? Cheers! I think it leaks out online too, but I'm from the old school sales training where nothing beats person to person interaction. And to be honest since most of my weddings (the better ones I've shot anyways) have been 2nd shooting, I don't have them posted in my client gallery. adcphotography Offline Upload & Sell: Off p.1 #7 · Proofs: how do you show potential clients? assuming they have already looked at your site for a teaser, i would grab your laptop, have your last wedding you did, have a folder or some prints of recent highlight moments and allow them to skim through them at their leisure. i have the prints there for them to see the quality on paper (and because i offer in-house printing) and albums to see how things come together for their own keepsake presentation. to me, nothing beats meeting one-on-one. making sure your personalities work is a must. good luck! amy Nov 26, 2008 at 03:46 AM
