Our first stop was the ferry terminal at Dover. While waiting to drive onto the large vessel, we walked around to stretch the legs, and of course, see what there was to shoot.
Nothing special, but they do, I hope, convey the gloomy, and cold weather we experienced, that day, and for much of the trip, and I liked the soft color contrasts.
1) The White Cliffs of Dover weren't so white, that day.
2) Occasionally, a shaft of light made it through the overcast. (extreme crop, to avoid the dock facilities)
Hope some will enjoy these. C&C most welcome, and thanks.

Hey Barry. That's a very nice take on the well known cliffs and a good job in less than ideal conditions (IMO of course). I'll echo the others and say #2 feels stronger. Just the cliff and the sea that blends nicely into the sky. Plus I feel the light was more co-operative compared to the first shot.
Nice, Barry. That was a sweet moment when the end of the cliffs briefly caught that golden light (no 2); made up for the cold haging about on the dockside!
