What light meter do you think is the best deal for around $200.00 ??
I just want to use it for in studio with flash tubes

Look for a used one.

If you want a studio one the sekonic L-358 is a good choice and should easily fit your budget.

I use the Sekonic 358 and find it has a good price / feature balance.

Yes i was thinking the Sekonic L-308s or L-358 but i don't know much about light meters

+1 on either Sekonic 308/358 (depending on whether you'll ever want PW remote)

++1 L-358. And if you have any plans on using it with studio lights triggered by Pocket Wizards, be sure and get the one that has the transmitter in it (or I think you can add it later for about $40.

This is a fantastic meter and is very affordable.

Sekonic l- 358 without a doubt .I have one to use with my studio lights and it is just what I need ,very easy to use.

As already mentioned, the L358 is a meter to consider. Not sure what it is now, but when I bought it, it was $219. If still close, seriously think about it.
