Quite right, biologically! With few exceptions, what we generally recognise as flowers have reproductive organs of both sexes present: the female stigma surrounded by the male stamens (there is a pollinia in orchids).
The general rule, in nature, seems to be: if it is gaudy/highly attractive, etc. it is either a male or bisexual.
