p.1 #1 · Dell 2007FP good enough ?

Hi,

I have the opportunity to buy used Dell 2007FP and would like to know if any of this forum reader have any experience with this screen for picture processing.

It seems that this model have either S-IPS or S-PVA. From what I understand, S-IPS is a better option for PP. So, how can I identify if it is the S-IPS or the S-PVA one.

That model is s-pva, the panel is made by LG.Philips LM201U04

But although the S-IPS screens are better it does not mean it is unusable for editing

I have a 2407FPW at work and a 2408FPW at home. I would rather have the 2407 for photo editing. The whole wide gamut thing complicates things for photo editing.
