My favorites ~ 1, 6, 9, 11 and 12.

I loove #12 a lot for that light bulb. I'd apply some textures and a vintage/antique setting to it. I agree with sam, your compositions are pro-grade. Keep it up!

Sam~Thanks a bunch for the kind comments! It's very funny, but when I am at a wedding I think, "when Sam like this shot?"I guess what I'm trying to say is I really respect your opinion. You are a big reason for my improvements.

Italo~ HAHAHA! Your picks are my picks too! The others I like, but the ones you mentioned I love. As soon as I walked up to the location where the wedding was set up I saw the lamp post and knew I had to do that shot. I couldn't wait to get it loaded so I could play with it! I like you idea with the textures and vintage look. I am going to get off of here and try it right now! I did a black and white version, I like it but its just too much black. Well Thanks for the comments!

Great job Sarah. Although, I have a confession to make. I ALWAYS read your name as Sarah SLAYER in my head. I don't know why, I just do. So, I was going to say you lived up to your name, but that wouldn't have made any sense.

HAHAHA!! Actually it would have clicked right away. I get that all the time. I even had a guy that went to school with my husband argue what the name was. I said Salyer and he was like, "no you mean Steven Slayer" this went on for a good minute before I finally told him he was an idiot.

I've stalked the wedding forum long enough to see a great improvement in your pictures. You definitely seem to be moving in the right direction. (but don't listen to me, i'm a noob, though others seem to agree).

As others have said, #12 is a great use of the light. I like how it also added depth on the image by illuminating the background just enough. #4 is also a a great portrait of the bride; I wonder though, what's that black thing behind the railings? Shadow?

Thanks Ken for the comments! The black thing in #4 is part of the stair case. I don't know what you would call it, I'm not a carpenter, but it was a thick ornate wooden base board type of thing that lined the stairs. Did that make sense?

And directly behind her was a painting.
I wish that stuff wasn't there but hey whatcha gonna do. We actually just grabbed that shot and two other right before she walked down the stairs to the ceremony.

RbrtPtikLeoSen~ the one that makes me look like an ass, hahaha! The better bounce card, homemade with a piece of that foam paper stuff you buy at walmart for .88 cents a sheet attached with velcro. I have at least 5 people at every event ask me what it is. It works great but the added attention from it drives me bananas.
