p.1 #1 · What to do if the sale goes bad?

I made a purchase at buy and sell and the seller does not seem to be shipping. It is odd because he listed several other items in the same post and near as I can tell no one else has complained. One odd thing is I just added a comment to the original post and it did not recycle to the front page. Is there a timeout on this? I was asking if others received their shipment. I have pm'ed the seller and he originally admitted he forgot to ship and would send it out. I waited another 10 days and PM's and emailed him again. Now nothing. I don't want to list the person hear yet in case he has an issue and gets back to me soon. Is there any reason why the post I made did not bring the add back to the top? Is there any reporting that can be done if people are not honoring their sales so they don't scam others?

If you're not getting delivery or a response from the seller, contact Fred and get him involved. Click on his link at the top right of this page or email him at sales@fredmiranda.com
Hope you get this straightened out soon.

I'm not certain why your post didn't bump the thread. Has the seller marked everything as Sold and the post grayed out on the B&S forum? If so, that could be the reason.

Thanks Don. the post is marked as sold in the heading so maybe that is why. Makes sense. I"ll email Fred. I didn't think he would get involved with these disputes.

There was no activity on this particular thread in a couple of weeks. I just went back and found it and posted a comment. Since the seller was selling multiple items I wanted to see if the others received their items.. I am still hoping this is a misunderstanding which is why I have not given the seller a poor rating yet.
