jd02 Offline Image Upload: Off p.1 #1 · Quarter Moon Over the Bay I took this shot with a 17-40mm wide angle lens. I then shot the moon with a 70-200mm lens a few minutes later. The right side is much brighter because the sun had set on the right and that part of the sky was still glowing. My histogram says it is really not close to being blown out. Paul, in the original wide angle shot there was a small reflection at the bottom of the frame, but I cropped it just above the reflection.
