Hey Tim buddy 1st shot look great w the low angle and shallow dof

like that 1! super detail in the 2nd shot and WOW 1/320s handheld at 400mm on a 40D

even w the IS I can't go under 1/250s at 400mm

You don't need to see any coots, you have plenty! You bet ole steady hands here

I'll tell you shooting from the yak I have learned some good steadying techniques. Thanks buddy!!
