Includes everything as new. Bought new at Samy's in Santa Ana, CA on 4/30/08. According to the box, this set fits Canon EOS EF/EFS mounts, so it should would on both full frame, 1.3, and 1.6 FOV Canon bodies. DISCLOSURE: I've only used it with 1D and 5D bodies and it works great.
