this has been done a few times maybe before so you can leave now

Otherwise here is a test I did at the weekend.I'm quite please with the stack

EOS 5D EF300 L f/2.8 'NONE IS' & Large Manfrotto tripod.

Are these 100% crops ?

In the last picture you may want to fix: 1.4x TC + 2x TC = 2.8x TC (yes, multiplier ratios need be multiplied, not sumed
