The ocean scenes had to be in Photoshop. I can understand one picture in which they were not wet...maybe a good first shot. However, there were multiple pictures where they were not wet...and it's pretty impossible to have that much water flying around w/o getting wet.
I will say that the Photoshop job was done well, without the continuity errors.

Dave
hi dave-
let's just say maybe that the other behind the scenes shots were... could possibly... perhaps shot before the waves? what do you think?
do i need to get erwin wijanto here to vouch? =)
i love how multiple people have said that the wave shots are fake or has been photoshopped-in. however, i can assure that they were in fact drenched. . you're not the only one who has assumed that it was fake, my friend.
ed, (i originally thought to drop this to you in PM but it bears mentioning in the forum...)
one thing i need to call attention to in all of your series is that no matter the size and shape of your brides, grooms & their parties, you consistently make each and every person look like a rock star.
i can't tell you how much i respect that in your photography.
i look to you as inspiration in that regard (among others) and i know your brides and grooms appreciate you immensely.

Holy crap! Your photos look great, and what looks even better is how much fun you guys are having!
i was told once that if i keep playing, i will never have to work. i used to work to play... the job payed well... however, it was a job. now i play at work. =) i am very fortunate and very humbled to be able to say something like that.
if you continue to do what ever you love doing... money will come regardless cause people will see the passion in what you do. plus, you'll never have to work again. think about it. =)
What I like about these photos is, you've been able to have so much fun doing these captures, but you also have the technical aspect as second nature.
I'll be looking for more of your posts, because I really like your work. As someone just starting out in this type of photography, I need all of the help I can get
anyway here's some pics helping Ed and Monica Last labor day weekend: link
So Ed - what is that you're holding in your left hand (the right hand when viewing the image)? Is that your other off camera light asked about earlier?

I'd also like to know!
Also you have any photos of your two flash monopod setup Monica holds? I'm mainly wondering about the top piece that you mount the flash/PW onto.
