You might want to put the pics directly on this site. I think you will get more responses that way.
First is best. Others look off in saturation or color. Movement of boat lower right detracts from an otherwise appealing image.
Want to email a RAW for others to process and see what they come up with?

I would crop right off to where the boat is not blurred by motion. Composition is nice. For me ultimately the paddle boats, grass and buildings seem not to fit together - so if you intent is a pleasing mood - it does not work for me. If your intent is the contrast I guess it works.

Agree with Sbeme that posting directly is better - I clicked and went to the others spot and was confused for a 2nd.

I like the mood and color. Have you considered some noise reduction filter?
