Short story:
UPS screwed up royally, meaning my Bride's boudoir album would not be here in time to be the gift for her husband at their wedding tomorrow. KISS came in on a Saturday to remake the needed album in time for the Sunday wedding and offered to drive it up to my house (5 hours away). Can you believe that?! Come in on a Saturday, drive the album up personally for the Sunday wedding. I am in utter amazement.
KISS will have every single album order I ever do again. Bar none...I'm not offering anything else. They deserve world domination.
