It is in excellent (8.5 out of 10) cosmetic conditions, excellent working conditions. Some minor rub marks to the finish from storing in the car trunk, no dents or deep scratches. Upon closer look under the top disc, for some reason the level is 'empty'. Less than 2 years old and hardly used. I prefer using my light weight travel tripod.
