To be honest using a mouse, once you use a tablet for everything, is like using a rock to draw after you've used a pencil.
Yes I even use it for gaming, except for FPS, and it's way easier and better for the hand in general.
I've used a mouse for LR and it was a little awkward to drag those sliders all the time with it, especially fine-tuning.
Also some tablets have those extra buttons you can custom program per application, As well as the touch strips which are used for scrolling.
Nothing I hate more in LR than to drag the slider with a mouse/tablet and end up clicking the arrow that expands or hides the tab. With tablet touch strip just put your cursor over area you want to scroll and use your finger
