Since Tillman and I have already driven down from Sacramento to the bay area, we've decided we're going to go to the Conservatory of Flowers in San Francisco. After nearly 9 years of being closed, it reopened 4 months ago. We plan to show up there at 10am with a Sigma 180 Macro and see what neat flowers we can shoot.
I'm just telling people in case they're interested. We just did the bird shoot in Palo Alto today and are up for another one. If anyone would like to join us, come find us. Two photographers with big cameras shouldn't be too hard to find, though I haven't ever been to this place and I'm not exactly sure how big the place is, but it is inside a big greenhouse.

It's a fabulous place! I am so glad to hear it has reopened. It was open when I lived there and was one of my fave places to shoot models...outside, not in. If I remember correctly it is rather dark inside.
