It comes with all original material in the box including: Hood, caps, case, tripod collar, US warranty card. It also has a 3 yr. (transferable -$15 fee) MACK Warranty which starts after the Canon warranty. I bough the lens 4/2006. I have used the lens very little. It is in pristine condition and extremely sharp. (NOTE: the quick release plate show in the photos is NOT included. It can be purchased for $35. It is extremely light and strong from imagetooling.com ).
