These are nikon mount. Works perfectly on my D200. Just haven't used them as much as i thought i would. Note that this is not the DG version

I have owned both. The difference? - DG printed on the side of the tube.

Would these be strong enough to hold a 400 2.8 lens.
I was told that some of them out there may stress or bend slightly.

Individually my be. With all 3 stacked i don't know. I don't own (or ever have owned) a 400mm f/2.8 so can't be sure.
