Its a Nikon mount, and oops the last shots were with it on D700 not the 5D MKII. I also use it with the regular Nikon to EF adapter. Not a movie lens just a camera lens. Its a nice lens, I was selling it but have now decided to keep it.
All of these are JPG:s out of the camera. The first one is only sharpened, the second has gotten som local contrast enhancement and local shapening, and the third is cropped a tiny bit, sharpened and processed with "shadow/hilight" in PS to lower the contrast a bit.

Zeiss 50mm 1.7 is a likely candidate.
Rusty, this Zeiss 50 f/1.4 only cost $145US. Definitely worth looking for one. That's why I bought it, I thought what could I lose at that price. This was my first alt lens.
