Very nice picture. I am not a flower or macro guy but:
1) I like 2nd best but feel it would be better if you did not frame off right and bottom of flower. Just a bit more flower would be better. Maybe a bit lighter from shadows and highlights. Nice background and mood for me.
2) I think I like best. Very nice framing and color and background. The only nitpick I have is that it would be better with the petals sharp.
3) Is sharp with nice colors but the framing is off for me. lower with more petals and more of the leaf going down on right would be better
