Ricardo, I added in vignette in LR perhaps a tad too much.
Honestly, it has not been a good start with the Norita. Ran my first roll when I just bought the camera and to my dismay, none of the pics came out. Had to send the camera in for servicing and this took a while as I have to send it from Singapore. Ross is in LA. Later, I learned from Ross that there were some broken parts in the camera. He repaired it but with additional cost. And then spoilt a few rolls of film during loading. Yup, not a good start at all. Guess you would be lucky if you could find one without any problems.

Wonderful! Really like this. I tried to buy this combo a couple of times, but they're uncommon as you know, and most need servicing. Anyway, how do you feel about it? I feel like the scan could perhaps be better, OR it needed a bit more exposure in camera? Seems a little dark/flat, yet the highlights are clipped in the background. Those are my only comments, but please do share more in the future, really love this !!
it would have been about 6 or 7 o'clock in late summer.
it was at least bright enough to handhold. if you look, I live in Texas, so even near sundown you have enough juice to handhold with 100 iso film and a f2.4 max aperture.

Mrs. Kate, These are beautiful! So Texas!

Why thank you! It's the start of dove hunting season!
last time I had dove, my family lived in Corpus Christi, I was 8.6 years old, and I got to removed the buck shot, but heck, that was many, many, moons ago! Last time I visited CC I was 13, and Californian
I scanned this just before I went in for surgery last week, and now that I'm at least coherent now, I'll post one. Mamiya 7, 65mm, f/11-ish. A detail of some of the heavy machinery at Bodie - from about six weeks ago.

Glad to hear you're okay!
Whoever said you can't manual focus moving targets...
Mike - everything went very well. More pain than I thought possible to endure but steadily improving while re-learning how to walk.
Remember when everything was manual focus. I used to shoot football, basketball, soccer, etc. that way. It just takes a bit more determination than it does today. Follow focus on something coming at you was always a challenge.
I definitely can't do this with digital
There's that je ne sais quoi that brings my backlit and silhouette shots to life; the shadows and blacks are where I want them to be
Taken while waiting for the wife, for that perfect mix of disinterested passengers moving across the travelators
Interesting shots Dan, but I'm surprised to hear those are Acros in Rodinal. they certainly don't look like what I get with that combo.
anyway I've been thinking I need to shoot some more 4x5 myself. I don't think Ive used the Sinar in like a year and it's finally cool enough to get under a dark cloth.
