p.1 #1 · 1D 3+50 1.4 color aberration

Hi

does anyone experienced color aberration with 1D3 and 50mm 1.4? or any other lens?

I had this green color mostly around black objects.
I know that DPP 3.2 allows us to correct red and bleu color aberration, but not green?
is there a fast and easy way to get rid of it ?

thanks

This is perfectly normal on very fast lenses. The 85mm 1.2 also sees a lot of this. It's not something that is easy to get rid of, and most people just learn to work with it. It will likely bother you more than the client. For a scene like this, you could likely just set a brush to color, select the color of the dark railing, and paint it away, but that's not practical for most shooting.

thanks Ben
does it comes on specific condition of shooting?
lets say, like in this case, having to shoot near a window, with possible high contrast?

cause I shot the same scene several times, but did happened twice!!!

It will happen in high contrast settings. Typically, you see either green, or pink. I believe the background OOF areas will be green, and the foreground areas will go magenta.
